since we kinda run out of active ppl, we need to make a recruiting plan. (so we don't just recruit headless)

1st of all moderators and admins CAN test, so if you recruit some ppl you can also test em if you're tester or aboth.

2nd try to make it interesting for the ppl, so they won't you log in - test - leave.

and 3rd since you know how this place is running now, explain the rules to the ppl you recruit if they have some problems ;D
