I would like to have a tourny in which the applicant use decks used by characters from the main series od yugioh. The only rules are 1 of each card and cards for decks made after the orginal series are forbidden

you can host it but only when u by a tourny licence from the shop

You have enough though 7000 NDC$ is a permanent licencse and 2500 is only one tournament host licencse
