to try and go to the white dorm by this way costs 2500 NDC $.
You have to be Obelisk blue to take this test.
An admin or an other White member can test you.
You have to solve 3 NDC Jobs from job board by your choise in a row.without fails.and then you must beat the admin/white dorm member who tests you.
