Any ideas how to make this thing more active?

title says it all

yes we need more people recruiting and once they come here we need to make sure that they stay with something interesting, we need a more interacie program and incentives not like, ranks in an academy, or acheiving pink dorms but more like incentives about getting staff postions well thats about it XD

Inori i know u wanna make this diff then other academies but the academy ranks arent that good as the dorms
i think u should make testers and make 3-4 dorms
it doesnt have to be slifer ra obelisk u can make it something like monarchs,or heroes or something like that

This academy really isnt working
There are like 4-5 active players we need more members ASAP

I would suggest changing the BG 1st. The coding you have could make people a little bit laggy, but mainly the BG. Its really dark, not as much pleasant, and harder to read the words on the forum.

This is actually really pretty simple.

Three main things can do a lot for the academy.

1. Change the background from a landscape to some sort of pattern.
2. Try to get it so there is at least one staff member on at all times for things such as questions from new guys.
3. The 2000 NDC $ needed is pretty hard to do, especially just starting out. The post thing is fine however.

Focus on these three main things and it should help.

The best recruiters are mods and admins because they can help the person get started right away.
