Can I make some changes

As the title says i ask main admin Jaden H to make some changes on this forum

i'll make my list and you aprove or decline

Can we make this site an academy not a city(cause it's not working at all like this and i personally think it's stupid)
Delete Pink Dorm(wtf pink dorm)
Arrange dorm leaders or profesors who will give homeworks and put up lessons
New testing system(will be made by N)
AND REMOVE THAT STUPID BACKGROUND
